First: there are three ways in
You don’t need all three. Any one of them gets you to your team. All of them are on the log in page.
- Email + password — if you set a password when you joined.
- Continue with Google — no password needed.
- Email me a sign-in link — we email you a link that logs you straight in. This is the one to use when nothing else works.
Whichever you pick, use the same email address your team has for you. A different address (work vs. personal) signs you into a different, empty account.
“Incorrect email or password”
- Check the email for a typo, and check Caps Lock. Passwords are case-sensitive; email addresses are not.
- If your password manager filled the box, delete it and type the password by hand once — saved entries go stale.
- Still no? Use Forgot your password? We email a link to set a new one. That link is good for 3 days.
“I never had a password”
Plenty of people join with Google or through an invite link and never create one. Two options:
- Press Continue with Google. If your Google address matches the account your team already has, it connects to that same account — you won’t end up with a duplicate.
- Or use Email me a sign-in link to get in now, and set a password later from your profile if you want one.
“This sign-in link is invalid or has expired”
Emailed sign-in links are deliberately short-lived:
- They last 15 minutes and work once. Clicking the same link a second time — or an older one still sitting in your inbox — shows this message.
- Always open the newest email, and open it on the device you want to be signed in on.
- If you copied and pasted the link, make sure the whole thing came across. Long links get chopped in half by some chat apps.
The fix is the same either way: go back to log in and request a fresh link.
The email never arrived
- Check spam / junk, and on Gmail the Promotions and Updates tabs. Search for dragonsignup rather than scrolling.
- Give it two or three minutes before requesting another.
- Make sure you typed the address your team has for you. For privacy we show the same “check your email” message either way, so a typo looks identical to success.
- If nothing turns up, ask your coach or team manager which email address is on your roster entry — that’s the one we send to.
A blank page saying “Application error: a server-side exception”
That’s a stale sign-in stored in your browser, not a problem with your account. It usually happens after you’ve been away for a while. Clear it in one step:
If that page won’t load either, open the site in a private / incognito window and log in there.
I’m logged in, but I can’t see my team
Logging in and joining a team are separate steps. If your home screen is empty, your account exists but isn’t linked to a roster yet. Ask your coach or manager for the team’s invite link and open it while logged in.
If the invite link says it’s no longer valid, it has expired or hit its use limit. Invites are single-team links with a lifespan, and your manager can issue a new one in seconds.
